SALE 1: jubah & dress muslimah for sale !

Assalamualaikum wbt. today im not talking aboout cook or food, but instead something about my another hobby; business. :D.

Recently, i was astonished by the pretty plus fashionable dresses and jubah which started to increase popularity in Malaysia. There were awesome, and i think they were very suitable for the muslimah youngsters like me and you. :) So, I am very excited to bring on the trend here. The fabric mainly from cotton, and some are mix. Very comfortable. :) You all can have a look at some of the Jubah and dresses I posted below. MASTER CHEF 2 : coklat kek kukus

assalamualaikum wbt. Ohaiyoo!. again, another post on food.! wee..this time nk share on how to make steamed choc. cake. aka coklat kek kukus in a VERY SIMPLE way. LOL. rasa best plk , sbb cara die cam buat lempeng, cekodok centu je. :D. but the taste not bad ! the recipe taken from few friends with some alterations, of course.

Firstly, as usual, prepare the ingredients:

1 cawan serbuk coklat/coklat masakan,1 cawan gula, 1 cawan marjerin, 1 cawan susu cair, 1/2 cawan susu pekat, 1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum, 1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik,1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat, 3 biji telur (dipukul)

cara2:

1. mulakan dengan mengayak tepung gandum bersama serbuk penaik dan soda bikarbonat. letak tepi jap

2. kemudian sediakan coklat mixture plk dgn cairkan mentega ats api kecil, masukkan susu cair, coklat, gula dan kacau hingga gula hancur, dan coklat sume pun cair. Padamkan api, dan maasukkan susu pekat, kacau lagi. masukkan telur yg dah dipukul dan terus kacau hingga harmoni. :p

3. masukkan coklat mixture kita td dalam tepung yg dah diayak,(2 dalam 1). adun hingga sebati. tuang dalam loyang/acuan dan kukuskan selama 45 minit - 1 jam. ha. dah siap. senang kan?!!

4. tapi kalau nk lagi sedap boleh buat topping, dengan cairkan mentega dalam 3 sudu, tambah serbuk koko/ coklat mskn, dan tambahkan susu pekat manis 3 sudu. kacau atas api, dan tuang ke atas kek yg dah siap dikukus tadi.boleh hias klu rajen. sejukkan. hidang dan makan! hehe. :D

MASTER-CHEF 1: me making lambchop. lol.

Assalamualaikum wbt.
semalam adalah hari yg sgt menggembirakan sebab berjaya membuat lambchop favorite. wuhuu!!. dan yg best lagi sebab mama & abah dr KL dtg melawat kitorang di kuantan nh. so sy prepare lambchop for them. Mama n abah mmg terkenal dgn kepakaran memasak masing2 (chef Wan, & chef ecom ):P.so nervous jgk nk msk utk diorang nh. hehe. dah mcm cabaran masterchef plk rasa. n part yg paling BEST ialah, mama, abah n hubby suka dgn lambchop sy, Abah senyum sambil berkata, "mm.. tahniah. sedap betul lambchop nh, n awk tak tersingkir minggu ni" hahaha. gurauan masterchef lg. :D. So mmg puas hati la sy.

special thanks to arep, my beloved hubby yg sporting abes, tlg sy masak skali.:) muah. Abgla supporter utama saya, masak apa2 pun abg kata sedap jugak. hee.

oke2, now i wanna share the recipes <3 <3 , 1st, cam bese prepare bhn2, (utk 4 org)
1. lamb shoulder 4 pieces
2. butter/margerin
3. sos black paper
4. black paper 2 sudu besar ditumbuk separa halus
5. kicap 2 sudubesar
6. sos tiram 2 sudu besar
7. tepung gandum 2 sudu besar (campur air sikit)
8. fresh milk 1/2 cawan
9. gula dan garam
10. bwg besar 1 (dicincang)
11. 1 kiub stok ayam (knorr)

cara-cara:

1. mula2, sediakan daging/lamb; perap daging dgn black paper, garam, boley jugak tambah bwg putih n bwg besar yg ditumbuk hancur. kemudian sapu butter & grill di ats grill pan . kalau beli dgg yg dah marinated siap2 oke jgk sbb jimat masa.>.<

2. kemudian, kita sediakan sauce/gravy/kuah nya pulak. rebus bwg besar yg dicincang td dan masukkan stok ayam. biar hingga mendidih. tuskan air nya dan letak tepi jap. Cairkan 3-4 sudu butter, dan masukkan air rebusan td , kemudian tambah 3-4 sudu black paper sos, black paper tumbuk, sos tiram, kicap, fresh milk dan air sikit, dan tambahkan tepung gandum untuk pekatkan kuah. kacau ats api hingga mendidih. Tambah garam dan gula sikit. (nak tambah cendawan yg dicincang pun boleh). masak sampai dapat kepekatan yg diingini.


3. kemudian boleh la sediakan 'coleslaw perahan citrus', cewah. cincang dadu carrot dan kobis, gaulkan dgn mayonis, dan perahkan sikit lemon (limau pun ok). sejukkan dlm peti ais.

4. teruskan dgn 'milky mashed potato', haha. rebus 2 biji ubi kentang sehingga empuk, lenyekkan, campur 1/4 cwn fresh milk, sedikit garam, dan sedikit lada hitam, tuangkan gravy td atas mashed potato sewaktu hidang.

5. boleh tambah lg yg lain2 seperti kentang goreng, jagung atau roti suka hati korangla.
